Jeffrey W. Montague, President/Founder
Jeffrey Montague, former Associate Vice Dean of Temple University’s School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management (STHM), has over 25 years of experience in higher education administration. A graduate of Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, the oldest historically black university in America, Montague went on to complete a Master’s Degree at Temple before joining its faculty/administration. One of Montague's philosophies is to make customer service a priority, not only to all clients, but their extended corporate communities. He believes the ability to provide personal service has a vital place in our society, especially in an age of increased technology. Further, he takes pride in mentoring clients in their personal growth, particular brand, professional development, career approach and business strategy. His tenure as a professor of the Senior Professional Development Seminar course for STHM was a cornerstone for seniors seeking career, and more importantly, real world advice on how to successfully manage a changing work force. As a consultant, providing Hospitality Advisory Services and Private & Public capitalization offers an opportunity to use his 30+ years of seasoning in processing and presenting information to multi-generational audiences. Montague challenges himself to stay connected to the STHM Alumni population, client relationships, colleagues in brand building and more. Montague's past moto to students in the STHM program was, "I don't make friends, I make alumni." Montague christened his present role as the Director of STHM Alumni Engagement with this new motto...

A procedural structure and time for a strategic plan to stabilize the brand of progressive programming to inclusivity of diverse thought. Hence, the Mission statement was established with more clarity of the vision for the school.
